Q1: What time is check-in? Check-out?

Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Q2: Can I get a check-out extension?

Check-out time may be extended up to two hours. The extension fee is ¥1,000 (including tax) per hour.

Q3: Can you hold my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. Please inform the staff at the front desk.

Q4: Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

Please contact the front desk.
We can arrange package shipment through Shima unso Ltd.

Q5: Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Yes. Please send your luggage to the following address:

Q6: Do you offer copy/fax service?

Both are available at the front desk.
There is a charge.

Parking Lot

Q7: Do you have a parking lot?

There is a large parking lot with 30 spaces on the first floor.
Paid parking lot: 1 day/1 car is ¥700.

On-site and in-room facilities

Q8: Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, all rooms have free Internet.
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi.
You can find the password in the guest room information book.

Q9: Do you have a vending machine?

Yes, it is on the second floor right hand side of front desk.

Q10: Do you have an ice machine?

We also have an ice machine. Please ask the front desk.

Q11: Do you have a washing machine?

It is connected to the vending machine corner on the second floor.
It is ¥300 (including tax) per load, and the dryer is ¥100 (including tax) for 30 minutes.

Q12: What fixtures are available in the room?

All 6 type rooms have fixtures; a 32-inch or larger LCD TV, refrigerator, kettle, and hair dryer are some of these fixtures.

Q13 : What items are available for free rental?

Trouser press, iron, portable charger, etc. Please ask the reception staff for details.

Q14: What room amenities are available?

Gown-type pajamas, towel sets (bath/face/bath mats), toothbrushes, cotton swabs, tea, and more in the guest room.
Other goods, such as face wash, make-up remover, lotion, milky lotion, hair brushes, and hair bands are available at the front. Shampoo caps, shaving gel, razors, cotton and bath agents are freely available.

Q15: Is smoking allowed?

The lobby and all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. There is a smoking area in the back of the first-floor parking lot.


Q16: Do you serve breakfast?

Yes; it is served at the cafe/lounge on the second floor.
It opens at 7 AM.

Q17: Can I share a bed with my child?

Children under elementary school age can share a bed free of charge.
Maximum of one child per adult.
Please contact us in advance.

Q18: Do you have baby beds?

As there are limited numbers, please contact the hotel in advance.


Q19: When do I pay?

We prefer prepayment.
Please pay at check-in.

Q20: Can I pay the accommodation fee in advance?

You can. If someone not staying at the hotel is paying, please contact the hotel and pay by bank transfer, or visit the reception desk.

Q21: Do you accept credit cards?

We accept VISA, JCB, Mastercard, AMEX, UC, DC, Diners, and UFJ.

Q22: Can you issue a receipt that includes the cost of accommodation and breakfast?

We can, if you make a reservation with a breakfast plan, or after purchasing a breakfast ticket at the reception desk.
